T527 Residence

The T527 Residence project contemplated the remodeling of an existing residence, located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The objective was to modernize the exterior and interior of the property through subtle changes that required minimal structural impact to the house, while respecting and revealing the original architectural style. Beyond refreshing the existing spaces, the design considered the addition of a large bedroom suite, complete with spa bathroom and a double walk-in closet, as well as the rehabilitation and modernization of the existing swimming pool and surrounding outdoor areas.

The design aimed to breathe new life into an aging structure while improving its overall functionality. Through understated adjustments to the interior layout and the establishment of deliberate connections to the surrounding landscape, we managed not only to meet but to exceed the owner's expectations.
