1803 Residence

The 1803 Residence project contemplated the remodeling of an existing residence, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The objective was to modernize the exterior and interior and, per the owner’s requirements, completely change the original architectural style of the property. In addition to remodeling the inside and outside, the design involved incorporating a spacious swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, and entertaining spaces distributed across a sequence of terraces. These elements were strategically placed to utilize the natural slope of the site, creating a gradual and harmonious progression.

The design sought to transform the original structure into a unified and contemporary residence, seamlessly integrating all the features typical of a luxury home.
