V13 Residence

The V13 Residence project entailed a comprehensive transformation of both the exterior and interior of an existing home in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.

Despite the property's modest size, the decision to elevate a portion of the roof not only bestowed a heightened grandeur upon the main entrance and living area but also facilitated the infusion of abundant natural light into the interior spaces. Beyond the meticulous remodeling of the façade and internal areas, the project contemplated the addition of a swimming pool and outdoor spaces aimed at fostering a harmonious interaction between interior and exterior.
