A1023 Residence

The A1023 Residence project involved the exploration of different facade designs for the future remodeling of an existing home in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.

Conscious of the inherent challenges posed by existing buildings, our design approach focused on modernizing the residence with minimal structural intervention, ensuring a delicate balance between innovation and the preservation of the original architectural integrity. Each facade design underwent a thorough examination, considering not only its visual impact but also its practical implications on the interior spaces.
